Handyman for Maintenance and Repair

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Inspect equipment and facilities regularly to identify any issues or potential problems
- Repair or replace broken or damaged items as needed
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in maintenance and repair work
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry tools, etc.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time-management skills
- Good physical stamina
- Excellent communication skills in English

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Clairvaux (open to candidates from other cities as well)

Work schedule: Part-time (flexible hours)
