Entry Level Florist


We are currently seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as an Entry Level Florist in Vilnius. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a full time position, with a starting salary of 1300$. No prior experience in the field is required, making this the perfect opportunity for someone looking to start their career in floristry. Our company welcomes Indian nationals with their own visa to apply for this role. Fluency in English is not required, but basic communication skills are preferred. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and arranging various types of floral displays such as bouquets, centerpieces, and wreaths. You will also assist customers with their flower selections, provide recommendations based on their preferences and budget, and handle payments at the register. In addition, you will maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop, restock inventory as needed, and handle any other duties assigned by the manager.

The ideal candidate for this position should have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a positive attitude. Creativity and artistic ability are also essential in order to create unique and visually appealing arrangements. While prior experience is not required for this role, any previous experience in customer service or retail would be considered an asset.
