Senior Preservation Architect


We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Preservation Architect to join our team in Shan, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for preserving historical buildings and structures, as well as a deep understanding of architectural styles and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and oversee preservation and restoration projects for historical buildings
- Conduct thorough research on the history and construction of buildings to inform preservation plans
- Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for preservation work
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with historic preservation guidelines
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and government agencies involved in preservation projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture with a specialization in Historic Preservation
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working on historic preservation projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software programs
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and structural systems used in historical buildings
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: Shan, India (Preference for Indian candidates)
