Heavy Equipment Operator

As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders in a safe and efficient manner. Your primary role will be to ensure that construction projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to job site rules and regulations
- Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Safely load, transport, and unload materials using heavy equipment
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment for any defects or malfunctions
- Operate equipment to excavate, grade, or level land for construction projects
- Follow blueprints or instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately
- Monitor fuel levels and refill as needed
- Report any accidents or damages to equipment immediately
- Adhere to all safety procedures and policies at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator
- Valid operator's license for the specific type of equipment being operated
- Knowledge of safety procedures when operating heavy equipment
- Ability to read blueprints is an asset
- Physically fit with strong hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail with good problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1600$ per month
