Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a well-established restaurant in the beautiful city of Nizwa. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working as a waiter/waitress, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders from customers and provide recommendations if needed
- Serve food and beverages according to customer's requests
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and restrooms
- Handle customer complaints or inquiries with patience and professionalism
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- Upsell additional menu items or promotions

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking skills
- Friendly attitude and customer-oriented mindset
- Basic math skills for processing payments
- Attention to detail for order accuracy
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.
