As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests by assisting them with their needs and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel's facilities and services
- Assist guests with reservations, transportation arrangements, and any other requests they may have
- Offer recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Monitor guest's satisfaction and follow up to ensure their needs are met
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is highly desirable)
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for freshers
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and different shifts as needed
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
