Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Sheduva. This position is perfect for an Indian national with excellent administrative skills and a strong work ethic. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing daily office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering new supplies when needed
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Providing general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication skills in English (no fluency required)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Salary: $1300 per month
