Heavy Equipment Operator

We are hiring a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to move materials and perform tasks on construction sites. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of heavy equipment and possess a strong understanding of safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently on construction sites
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed
- Follow blueprints and instructions to complete tasks accurately
- Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient completion of projects
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols at all times
- Monitor equipment performance to identify any potential issues or malfunctions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid biometric passport
- Basic understanding of construction processes
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication skills

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1200 per month. Additional benefits may include accommodation, depending on experience.
