Job Title: Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Svalbard. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to clients in the local market. This is a commission-based position with a starting salary of $1500, plus the potential to earn additional bonuses based on your sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify potential customers and actively pursue new sales opportunities
- Present and demonstrate our products to clients
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly
- Keep track of sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with Svalbard's market and culture is a plus

Additional Information:
This position includes accommodation in Svalbard. However, candidates must have a valid biometric passport for travel purposes.
