Formwork Carpenter
Location: Oslo, Norway
Salary: $1000 per week (contract)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in formwork carpentry



We are seeking a skilled Formwork Carpenter to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Formwork Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing and installing temporary or permanent formwork structures for concrete pouring. You will work on various construction projects such as buildings, bridges, and tunnels.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut materials according to blueprints and project requirements
- Assemble and install formwork structures using various tools and equipment
- Secure formwork by nailing, bolting, or welding to ensure stability
- Pour concrete into the formwork and assist with finishing if needed
- Remove formwork after the concrete has set and clean the site
- Inspect and repair any damaged or faulty formwork structures
- Follow safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in formwork carpentry
- Knowledge of different types of formwork systems
- Ability to read blueprints and understand project plans
- Basic understanding of construction materials
- Strong math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Physically fit to handle heavy lifting and working in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
