Barista



As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. Your role will involve preparing a variety of drinks according to customer preferences, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café, and ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and more
- Take customer orders and follow specific recipes to create customized drinks
- Ensure all beverages are made with precision and consistency in flavor and presentation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following health and safety guidelines
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS system
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Follow company policies regarding food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass education or equivalent experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Passion for coffee-making with knowledge of different brewing methods
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment with excellent multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as per the café's operation hours
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Attention to detail with the ability to follow specific recipes accurately
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of productivity

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1400 per month.
