A reputable construction company in Lusail, Qatar is seeking a skilled Mason to join our team. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing buildings and other structures using various types of materials including brick, stone, and concrete blocks. Your expertise in laying and aligning bricks or blocks in accordance with blueprints and specifications will be crucial to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Measure and mark lines for masonry work using levels, rulers, etc.
- Mix mortar or grout according to standard ratios
- Lay bricks, blocks or stones according to set patterns
- Smooth and polish surfaces using hand or power tools
- Repair cracks or damages in existing structures
- Ensure that all safety standards are followed on site
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason or similar role
- Familiarity with construction materials, equipment, and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Good physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment

Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required; vocational training is a plus
- Must have at least 3 years of experience as a Mason
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Must have own visa
- Indian nationality preferred

Working Conditions:
