Administrator for Language School in Lom
We are a well-established language school located in the charming city of Lom, seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our school, ensuring its smooth and efficient functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all administrative tasks including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining records
- Coordinating with teachers and students to ensure proper communication and scheduling of classes
- Assisting with student enrollment and registration processes
- Managing financial transactions such as invoicing and payments
- Handling inquiries from potential students and providing necessary information about courses and fees
- Maintaining a neat and organized office environment
- Assisting with marketing efforts by updating social media platforms, creating promotional materials, and organizing events
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in administration or a related field
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is an asset
- Familiarity with social media platforms is preferred
Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
