Loader Operator



We are in need of a skilled and experienced Loader Operator to join our team in El-Ain. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as front-end loaders to load materials onto trucks, conveyors, or other transport vehicles. This role requires someone who is physically fit, detail-oriented, and has excellent hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as front-end loaders to load materials onto trucks, conveyors, or other transport vehicles
- Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure it is in good working condition
- Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times
- Maintain accurate records of materials loaded and unloaded
- Communicate with coworkers and supervisors regarding job progress and any issues that may arise
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating loaders or other heavy equipment preferred
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Flexibility to work day or night shifts as needed
- Prior knowledge of safety regulations for operating heavy equipment is a plus
