Concierge

We are seeking a customer service-oriented Concierge to join our team in Kaunas. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, assisting with their needs and ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. You will also be responsible for coordinating guest requests with other departments and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in the lobby area.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are cleaned and prepared according to standards
- Book reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, or other activities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling if needed
- Keep track of inventory of supplies such as brochures, maps, and other guest materials

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Kaunas (temporary position)

Preference given to candidates with existing authorization to work in Lithuania. Visa sponsorship may be available for exceptional candidates.
