Sales Manager for a leading company in Almada, Portugal
We are hiring a highly driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Almada, Portugal. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and strategies of our company. Your main goal will be to increase our sales and revenue through effective planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients
- Lead negotiations and close deals with clients
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry (preferably in Almada)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry developments
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month. We also offer accommodation assistance for candidates who are not based in Almada. Visa sponsorship is available for non-EU candidates.
