We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Lom, offering a competitive salary of 1000$. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and appearance of our gardens, ensuring they are well-maintained and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as watering, weeding, pruning, and fertilizing plants
- Monitor plant health and identify any pest or disease issues
- Plant new flowers, shrubs, and trees according to seasonal needs
- Maintain garden equipment and tools in good working condition
- Work with other team members to design and implement new garden layouts
- Keep accurate records of plantings, maintenance schedules, and inventory
- Adhere to all safety protocols while using equipment and chemicals

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gardener preferred but not required
- Passion for horticulture and knowledge of different plant varieties
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in all weather conditions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
