Job Title: Gardener - Lom, Togo


As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of our clients' gardens. You will work closely with our clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, and use your expertise in horticulture to create and maintain stunning outdoor spaces. You should have a deep understanding of plants, soil, irrigation systems and other gardening tools. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$, suitable for all nationalities, without the need for previous experience or English proficiency. Accommodation will not be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their gardening needs and preferences
- Create and maintain beautiful gardens by planting flowers, shrubs, trees and other greenery
- Use your extensive knowledge of horticulture to identify pests, diseases or other issues that may affect plant growth
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as watering, pruning, fertilizing and weeding
- Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper hydration for plants
- Use various gardening tools such as shovels, rakes, trimmers and lawn mowers
- Keep gardens clean and tidy by removing debris and dead plants
- Provide advice to clients on how to care for their gardens in between visits

Requirements:
- Passion for gardening and love for nature
- Extensive knowledge of plants, soil types, irrigation systems and gardening tools
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients from different backgrounds
- Proven experience in creating and maintaining beautiful gardens (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit to handle the demands of outdoor work in different weather conditions
