Smelter Operator

We are seeking a skilled Smelter Operator to join our team in Pula, Canada. The ideal candidate will have experience working with smelting equipment and possess strong technical skills. As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining furnaces, monitoring production processes, and ensuring quality control standards are met.

Responsibilities:
- Operate smelting equipment such as furnaces, pumps, and conveyors
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality control
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and make necessary adjustments
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
- Maintain accurate records of production data and inventory levels
- Train new employees on proper operation of smelting equipment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school education preferred
- Previous experience working with smelting equipment is required
- Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot problems
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Salary: $1500 per month based on experience.
