Finisher - Svalbard



As a Finisher at our company, you will be responsible for preparing and finishing surfaces of various materials such as wood, metal, and plastic. You will use a variety of tools and techniques to achieve a smooth, even finish that meets quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling, and priming as needed
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Ensure proper coverage and consistency of finish
- Touch up any imperfections or defects in the finish
- Follow safety protocols for handling and disposing of materials
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, we provide on-the-job training
- Ability to work with precision and attention to detail
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Basic understanding of color theory is preferred but not required
- Adaptability to work with different types of materials and finishes

Location:
