Senior Architect - Herzliya, Israel


We are a leading architecture firm based in Herzliya, Israel and we are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, from initial concept to final completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and design, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating innovative and functional spaces. Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various projects including residential, commercial, and public spaces
- Develop project proposals and budgets in collaboration with clients
- Create detailed architectural plans using CAD software
- Coordinate with engineers and consultants to ensure all structural elements are integrated into the design
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is following plans accurately
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on project status
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant architectural software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present ideas clearly to clients and colleagues
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Fluent in English (Hebrew proficiency is a plus)
