We are hiring a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Al-Rayyan City. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and assisting customers with their shopping needs
- Understanding and communicating product knowledge to customers
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the store
- Collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
- Following company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

- Indian nationality preferred
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate or similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Basic math skills and proficiency with technology for processing transactions
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 25 pounds, and handle repetitive tasks
