Retail Sales Associate


We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a positive shopping experience, and driving sales in our retail store.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and merchandising products
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary: 1400$ per month

Location: Al-Rayyan
