We are a reputable architectural firm in Svalbard, seeking a talented and driven Commercial Architect to join our team. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

As a Commercial Architect, your primary responsibility will be to design and oversee the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and public facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements while adhering to building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create conceptual designs for commercial buildings based on client requirements
- Develop detailed construction plans using CAD software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects
- Conduct thorough site inspections to assess potential challenges and make necessary adjustments to designs
- Monitor construction progress and provide guidance and support when needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations related to commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations related to commercial architecture
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Biometric passport or eligibility to obtain one within a reasonable time frame is preferred

While prior experience in commercial architecture is preferred, we are open to considering candidates without experience who possess exceptional design skills and a strong passion for this field.
