Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect for our firm based in the beautiful city of Svalbard, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts, creating detailed plans and blueprints, and managing construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and codes, obtaining necessary permits and approvals, and ensuring compliance with building regulations.

To excel in this role, you must have a degree in Architecture or a related field, along with at least 3-5 years of experience in commercial architecture. You should also possess strong technical skills including proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural software. Excellent communication and project management skills are essential for this position.

We are looking for a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively is crucial in this fast-paced environment.
