We are in search of a talented and creative Florist to join our team in the beautiful city of Us. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and creating stunning floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Discussing client's needs and preferences to create customized floral designs
- Selecting the perfect flowers, plants, and foliage to match the occasion and budget
- Arranging flowers in a visually appealing manner while considering color, texture, and balance
- Maintaining inventory of fresh flowers and ordering supplies as needed
- Preparing bouquets, centerpieces, wreaths, and other floral arrangements according to industry standards
- Delivering and setting up floral arrangements at event venues
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Florist or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Excellent attention to detail with exceptional creativity skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively understand client's needs and preferences
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (flower buckets)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
