Handyman/Property Maintenance Technician



We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman/Property Maintenance Technician to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a Handyman/Property Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various aspects of our properties, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and minor repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Inspect properties for any potential issues or hazards
- Respond to tenant requests for repairs in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of properties
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or Property Maintenance Technician
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Good communication skills in English (French is a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent
