Company: A well-established bakery in Jerusalem is seeking a skilled and dedicated Baker to join our team. We are looking for someone who has a passion for baking and takes pride in creating high-quality products. Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Jerusalem, Israel

Job Type: Full-time, visa sponsorship available

Requirements:

- Indian national preferred
- No English language required
- Prior baking experience is not necessary but an added advantage
- Must be willing to work full-time and flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:

- Prepare doughs and batters for various baked goods such as bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
- Monitor ovens to ensure proper baking temperatures and times
- Decorate cakes and pastries using various techniques and ingredients
- Maintain inventory of supplies and ingredients needed for production
- Ensure all products meet quality standards before being served or sold
- Clean and maintain work area to ensure a safe and sanitary environment

Skills/Qualifications:

- Strong passion for baking with a creative mindset
- Ability to follow recipes accurately while also experimenting with new flavors and designs
- Physically fit to handle the demands of standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy trays or bags of flour, etc.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Team player with good communication skills
