As an Online Consultant, you will provide virtual support and guidance to clients seeking information or assistance. You will be responsible for answering inquiries, providing product or service recommendations, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your expertise and knowledge in the industry will be utilized to assist clients in making informed decisions. This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month. The role requires previous experience as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. As this is an online position, there is no accommodation provided. This role is based in Svalbard but can be performed remotely from any location with a stable internet connection. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Fluency in English is required, with additional language proficiency being an asset.
