We are hiring a skilled Gardener to join our team in Muharraq. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for our gardens, lawns, and other outdoor spaces. Your main duties will include watering plants, trimming and pruning bushes and trees, planting flowers and vegetables, and maintaining the overall appearance of our outdoor spaces.

To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of plant care and landscaping techniques. You should also have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Previous experience as a Gardener is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Watering plants regularly to ensure they receive proper hydration
- Trimming and pruning bushes, trees, and other plants to maintain their shape and health
- Planting new flowers, trees, and other plants as needed
- Removing weeds and unwanted debris from gardens
- Applying fertilizers and pesticides to promote plant growth
- Maintaining the overall cleanliness of outdoor spaces
- Working with other team members to plan and execute landscaping projects
- Reporting any issues or concerns with plant health to management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Strong knowledge of plant care techniques
- Ability to operate gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, etc.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Must have own transportation
