Office Assistant - Triesen, Liechtenstein
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department or person
- Maintain office supplies by ordering and restocking as needed
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and invoicing
- Keep track of office expenses and report any discrepancies to management
- Handle general office duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
$900 per month
Preference:
Malayalees or Nepali candidates preferred. No English language skills required. Candidates without prior experience or own visa are welcome to apply.
