We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and achieving revenue targets for our company. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve targets
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and team targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide insights for business growth
- Prepare sales reports and present them to upper management on a regular basis

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Middle East region, preferably in Riyadh
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer behavior in the region
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Biometric passport or valid residence permit in Saudi Arabia

Salary:
1600$ per month + commission on sales

Note: This position is open to Indian nationals with valid work permits in Saudi Arabia.
