Gardener in Malindi, Kenya



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the gardens and grounds of our property. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general gardening tasks such as planting, watering, weeding, and pruning
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the gardens and grounds
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment
- Identify and treat plant diseases and pests
- Assist in planning and executing landscape designs
- Work closely with other staff members to ensure the overall upkeep of the property

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Gardener
- Knowledge of plant care and maintenance techniques
- Ability to operate gardening equipment effectively
- Physical stamina to work outdoors for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues with plants
- Good communication skills for working with other staff members

Preferences:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Previous experience working in Kenya or similar climate preferred
