Job Title: Information Technology Manager


We are hiring an experienced Information Technology Manager to join our team in Ashdod. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall IT operations and systems within the company. Your main duties will include managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining IT policies and procedures, ensuring network security, and identifying and implementing technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully leading and implementing technology projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

As an Information Technology Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a team of IT professionals to ensure smooth operations and efficient use of resources
- Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of company data
- Overseeing network infrastructure and ensuring its reliability, scalability, and availability
- Identifying technology solutions that align with business goals and implementing them effectively
- Evaluating existing systems to identify areas for improvement or cost savings
- Providing technical support for various software applications used within the company
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to data privacy and security
- Managing relationships with external vendors for hardware/software procurement or support services

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in information technology management roles
- Proven experience leading successful technology projects from conception to implementation
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, security protocols, hardware/software systems, database management, cloud computing technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions quickly
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
