Restaurant Manager - Bungoma, Kenya
A well-established restaurant in Bungoma is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the food and beverage industry and be able to effectively manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and decrease costs.
- Ensure quality standards are met for food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment.
- Build relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Train staff on proper procedures and provide ongoing support for their development.
- Monitor financial performance of the restaurant and make necessary adjustments to meet goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in restaurant management or a related field.
