Part-time Baker (Manama, Bahrain)

We are hiring a talented and experienced Part-time Baker to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. In this role, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods for our customers. As a part-time position, you will have the opportunity to hone your baking skills while also maintaining a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards
- Decorate and present baked goods in an attractive manner
- Monitor oven temperatures, adjust recipes as needed, and maintain accurate records of production quantities
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients to maintain freshness
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a baker in a professional kitchen or bakery setting
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a hot environment

Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Are familiar with local tastes and preferences in baked goods
- Have experience working in a fast-paced environment or on short notice
