Freelance Graphic Designer

As a Freelance Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of projects. You will work with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality work that meets their specifications. Your role will involve using design software and tools to create graphics, layouts, and other visual elements such as logos, icons, and illustrations. You must have a strong eye for detail and be able to effectively communicate ideas through your designs. This position is based in Oslo, but remote work may be possible.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proven experience as a graphic designer
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluent in English (Norwegian is a plus)
- Must have your own computer and internet connection

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and objectives
- Create visual concepts that align with client's brand identity and message
- Develop designs for various print and digital media including marketing materials, social media graphics, websites, etc.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations
- Incorporate feedback from clients into designs to ensure satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
- Maintain organized files and records of all design projects
