Senior Architect - Fonvieille
As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects from inception to completion. You will use your expertise in design, planning, and construction to ensure the successful execution of projects. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, contractors, and other professionals to develop project plans and designs that meet their needs and budget. You will also be responsible for providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the field of architecture, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating innovative designs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams through all phases of architectural projects
- Develop project plans and designs that meet client needs and budget
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulations
- Review project drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architecture
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
