Job Title: Senior Architect - Fonvieille

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the design process, from initial concept to final construction. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design proposals to clients
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Oversee construction progress and provide guidance to contractors
- Conduct site visits and inspections as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this position. Accommodation will also be provided for our employee.
