Chef de Cuisine (French Cuisine)
As a Chef de Cuisine at our fine-dining restaurant in La-Condamine, you will be responsible for creating and executing exquisite French cuisine dishes. Your culinary expertise and creativity will shine as you oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, ordering ingredients, and supervising kitchen staff. You will also ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards, while adhering to food safety regulations.
To excel in this role, you should have a degree in culinary arts and at least 5 years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine in a high-end restaurant. You must have a strong passion for French cuisine and be well-versed in traditional techniques and modern trends. Your leadership skills are crucial as you will manage a team of cooks and other kitchen staff, providing guidance and training when needed.
As our ideal candidate, you should possess exceptional attention to detail, time-management skills, and the ability to work under pressure. You must also have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with front-of-house staff and handle customer inquiries or special requests.
