Head Baker

As a Head Baker at our renowned bakery in Al-Rayyan, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods. You must have a passion for baking and a creative flair to develop unique recipes and designs. You will lead a team of bakers and ensure that all products are made to the highest standards. Your role will also involve managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment. The ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage a team effectively is essential. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of 1200$ per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a professional baker
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to create new recipes and adapt existing ones
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Attention to detail in all aspects of baking and food safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (additional languages considered an asset)
- Must have or be willing to obtain a biometric passport for international travel

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production of all baked goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and other specialty items
- Develop new recipes and adapt existing ones based on customer demand and seasonal availability
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train new bakers on techniques, recipes, and safety procedures
- Ensure that all products meet quality standards before being sold or served to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery at all times
- Monitor equipment performance and schedule regular maintenance as needed
- Create schedules for bakers and delegate tasks accordingly to ensure efficient production
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales and marketing to promote new products or specials
