Job Title: Land Surveyor

We are currently hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine the precise locations and measurements of boundaries, elevations, and other natural or man-made features on land. Your duties will include using specialized surveying equipment, analyzing data and creating maps, and communicating findings with project managers and other team members.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to identify land boundaries, topographical features, and other relevant information
- Use specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and digital levels to collect accurate data
- Analyze survey data and create detailed maps using computer software
- Communicate findings with project managers and other team members to ensure accuracy and completion of projects
- Perform calculations to determine property lines, elevations, distances, angles, areas, and other measurements
- Participate in site visits to gather necessary information for surveys
- Maintain accurate records of field notes, survey data, and project progress reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor or related role
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, equipment, and software
- Ability to read construction plans and blueprints
- Proficient in using total stations, GPS receivers, digital levels, and other surveying equipment
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: $1000/month (without accommodation)
