Concierge Assistant (Indian Nationals Preferred) - Jerusalem
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Concierge Assistant to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and their stay is enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Arrange transportation, reservations, and other requests for guests
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a neat and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling and storage
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Indian nationality preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required
Salary: 900$ per month
Location: Jerusalem, Israel
