Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Jerusalem



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Jerusalem. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations and make reservations for restaurants, tours, and other activities
- Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Arrange transportation, including airport transfers, car rentals, and taxis
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and services to provide accurate information to guests
- Coordinate special requests for room amenities or services
- Assist with luggage handling and storage for guests
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a concierge in a luxury hotel setting
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of the local area, including restaurants, attractions, and services
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Experience using computer systems such as reservation systems and Microsoft Office

This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per month. Preference will be given to candidates who are Indian nationals or have previous experience working in Jerusalem.
