Personal Fitness Coach
As a personal fitness coach, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one training and support to clients in order to help them achieve their fitness goals. This may include creating personalized workout plans, offering nutrition advice, and monitoring progress. You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including women and individuals with no previous fitness experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments to determine clients' fitness levels and goals
- Design customized workout plans based on clients' individual needs and preferences
- Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques and form
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust plans as needed
- Offer nutrition advice and support to help clients achieve overall wellness
- Motivate and encourage clients to stay on track with their fitness journey
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all clients
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, research, and developments in the field of fitness
Qualifications:
- Certification in personal training or related field (such as kinesiology or exercise science)
- Previous experience in personal training or group fitness instruction preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients from different backgrounds
- Ability to create personalized workout plans that cater to individual needs and abilities
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals
Salary: Starting at $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Kaunas, Lithuania (accommodation provided)
Note: This position is open to all applicants regardless of nationality or gender. Fluency in English is not required but would be considered an asset.
