Computer Systems Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Svalbard. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating computer systems and processes to improve efficiency and functionality. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided, as well as a free visa and ticket for non-national candidates. This is an urgent job opening, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis of current computer systems and processes
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations
- Work with IT teams to implement changes
- Test new systems and processes before implementation
- Train end-users on new systems and processes
- Monitor system performance and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide solutions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technology advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, hardware, networking, databases, etc.
- Experience with data analysis and data modeling
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
