Carpenter Supervisor

We are hiring a skilled Carpenter Supervisor to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As a Carpenter Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of carpenters on various construction projects. Your main duties will include planning and organizing projects, ensuring quality workmanship, and managing materials and resources.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a carpenter
- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use various tools and equipment
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and schedule carpentry projects
- Assign tasks to carpenters and oversee their work
- Ensure the use of proper techniques, materials, and safety measures
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other team members regarding project updates
- Train new carpenters on company's procedures and standards
- Maintain accurate records of materials used, labor costs, and project expenses
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure project goals are met within budget constraints.

Salary:
