Loader Operator

As a Loader Operator in Nairobi, Kenya, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and transport materials on a construction site. The ideal candidate will have experience operating loaders and other construction equipment, and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate loaders and other heavy machinery to move materials around the construction site
- Load and unload trucks with materials such as dirt, rocks, sand, and gravel
- Maintain the equipment by performing routine inspections and reporting any issues
- Communicate with other team members to ensure safe and efficient operation of the equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating the machinery
- Keep accurate records of materials moved and hours worked

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating loaders or similar construction equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in reading and understanding instructions in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on construction sites
- Familiarity with basic maintenance procedures for heavy machinery
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Salary:
