As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant's kitchen operations. This includes creating menus, ordering ingredients, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our customers.
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fast-paced and high-volume restaurant setting. Experience in Mediterranean cuisine is preferred but not required.
In addition to your culinary skills, you must also have excellent leadership and communication abilities. You will be responsible for training and managing our kitchen staff, so strong leadership skills are a must.
