As a Student Concierge in Bergen, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to students and assisting them with their needs. Responsibilities:
- Greet students and assist them with any questions or concerns they may have
- Plan and organize cultural events, social activities, and educational workshops for students
- Manage student housing arrangements and ensure a comfortable living environment
- Create and maintain relationships with local businesses to provide discounts for students
- Assist with student enrollment procedures
- Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of student information

Requirements:
- Must be a current student or recent graduate
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service experience is preferred
